Account Registration
Register For Administrative Rights
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Click REGISTER

Complete registration form, and click I ACCEPT, CREATE MY MPG ACCOUNT.
- Administrative rights will not be assigned until your email address has been verified.
- You will receive email notification once your username has been activated.
Adding Additional Users
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN.
- Select MANAGE USERS.
- Click ADD USER.

Enter user information, and click SUBMIT
- User rights will not be assigned until your email address has been verified.
- You will receive email notification once the username has been activated.
Deleting Users
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN.
- Select MANAGE USERS.
- Click DEACTIVATE next to the user you wish to remove.
User Functions
Request CSR
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN
- Click REQUEST CSR
- Enter the customer name exactly as it appears on the Midco account and telephone number.
- Click SUBMIT

Click GET CSR
- For a copy of the CSR, click EMAIL CSR
- Click START LSR USING THIS CSR.
Begin Simple LSR
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN
- Click SIMPLE LSR

Enter LSR Information
- Company and initiator information will auto-populate.
- If beginning the LSR from the CSR, CSR information will populate.
- Click SUBMIT LSR

A LSR response will be emailed after processing.
- Check the Expected Timeframes tab for scheduling information.
- Click Contact Us for observed holidays and escalation process information.
Begin Non-Simple LSR
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN
- Click NON-SIMPLE LSR

Enter LSR Information
- Company and initiator information will auto-populate.
- If beginning the LSR from the CSR, CSR information will populate.
- Click SUBMIT LSR

A LSR response will be emailed after processing.
- Check the Expected Timeframes tab for scheduling information.
- Click Contact Us for observed holidays and escalation process information.
Check LSR Status
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN
- Click LSR STATUS
- Select a filter.
- Click SUBMIT

Click VIEW
- Click EMAIL LSR for a copy of the LSR.
- You cannot add numbers to a Simple LSR.
- You cannot edit LSRs in Cancelled, Completed, In-Progress or Old Version status.
Edit LSR
- Log on to mpg.midco.net
- Enter your username (your email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN
- Click LSR STATUS
- Select a filter.
- Click SUBMIT
- Click VIEW
- Update field(s) that need to be edited.
- Add notes to the Remarks field advising of changes made to LSR.
- Click SAVE CHANGES
- A LSR response will be emailed after processing.
