The porting response timeframe for a Simple Port Request is 4 business hours if
the request is received before 1p.m. (CST). An LSR received after the 1p.m. cutoff
time, will be considered received at 8 a.m. the next business day. Midco will respond with either the FOC or “reject” to an LSR within 4 business
hours.
If the requested due date is 3 or more business days, Midco
will respond with the FOC or “reject” to the LSR within 24 business hours.
Minimum due date - 1 business day.

Minimum due date - 3 business days.
Minimum due date – Next business day or after (cannot be before minimum due date of original order submission date).
Response to LSR change within 24 hours.
All cancellations or changes on a LSR’s on the due date or after will require an escalation email to telecom.services@midco.com to determine resolution.
